- 1946 Nylon Molding Corporation (Div. Of Union Plastics)
- 1983 NMC acquired Nylon Molding Corporation.
- 1993 NMC acquired Med-L Plastics (Custom Injection Molder)
- 1994 NMC acquired Vivian Industries (Custom Injection Molder)
- 1995 NMC acquired Olympic Plastics (Aircraft Product Line)
- 1996 NMC formed NMC Group Inc. as the holding company
for the four divisions of NMC.
